Eclectic Eccentricity grew out of a solo woman's effort to make jewellery for those who were different. Over 10 years later, we still make thoughtful jewellery for those who don't heed the call of the highstreet. It remains at the heart of everything we do: we're for the curious of heart and inquiring of mind. We strive to have our pieces connect with your inner workings, to represent your loves and motivations, your thoughts and your dreams. It's only jewellery of course, but we reckon it has a story to tell.

We believe our values set us apart. As a small team of dedicated and passionate people, we're made up introverts and extroverts, runners, readers, coffee drinkers and film watchers. Our likes and loves show in the pieces we create and the themes we run with. When you buy from us or zip over an email, you're not dealing with a faceless organisation: your enquiries are dealt with by real people who care very much that you're happy. We want your experience with us to be a joyful one and to that end, we promise to have your order out quickly, for our conversations with you to be prompt, and for your purchase to be delivered in the loveliest of packaging so it brightens even the dreariest of days.

A love of wild places and the call of the outdoors means we're passionate about reducing our waste and behaving in a way that is as environmentally responsible as possible. We have inhouse recycling processes and minimise all waste where we can. We pride ourselves on the quality of our recycled packaging which is both simple and beautiful: each order is presented in an Eclectic Eccentricity gift box, crafted from fully recycled materials. Our printed materials are made from recycled cards using environmetally friendly inks. We believe our impact on our environment should be as minimal as possible.

SHIPPING:

All orders placed before 12 noon (UK) will be dispatched same day; orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Some orders may require a signature upon arrival. Your order will arrive presented in an EE gift box.

• Please note that all orders travelling to The Netherlands and Brazil are dispatched via Priority Delivery and are charged at £10.95.

International orders: these are estimated delivery times and unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Should you require your order within a few days (guaranteed) please contact us for a FedEx quote.

Orders travelling outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon delivery and is beyond the control of Eclectic Eccentricity Jewellery. Please contact your local Customs and Excise office for further information. These arrival times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

EXCLUSIONS: Sadly, due to local restrictions, we are unable to ship to Saudi Arabia or South Africa.

RETURNS:

Should you wish to return an item, a full refund (less special delivery upgrade postage, if originally purchased) will be issued, provided the item is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) and is in its original, unworn condition.

Please email us at info@eclecticeccentricity.co.uk to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a returns code; we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation. The cost of the return is at the buyer's expense.
