Product was missing parts and not functioning

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my great niece. It is larger than I thought it would be. I am certain that she will be delighted. She is quite the Harry Potter fan.

I can’t tell you how excited I was to open my Apollo Box and find this in there!!!! It’s larger than I expected and plays the music perfectly as you wind the box. The wood is thin but I assume it needs to be. This will be going on my book shelf with my Harry Potter books.

The box itself was a lot larger than I expected... I love it..

I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday, and she loved it. The engraving was also really well done.

These are super cute, smaller than I expected but very detailed! Can't wait to give my dad his for Fathers' day!

The lamp is great. It was a birthday present for my husband and he is thrilled. He wanted this lamp for Xmas but we couldn't afford it then. Shipping was good, we were even alerted when it had been delivered. It came exactly within the estimated delivery dates. The only problem is the remote stopped working the second day. Luckily it is stuck on blue which we like. Hopefully it just needs a battery. Thank you for a great lamp!

Ordered my green coat lamp and got it within three weeks. I love the look of it. Thought it was gonna be a little bit bigger according to the picture. But very happy with my purchase

The lamp was purchased last December. It was very good and atmospheric. For no apparent reason it stopped working recently. The only option offered to resolve an issue was to send the lamp back to Lithuania, which will cost about the price of a new lamp. Well, spending another $50 to replace the lamp that worked for less than a year seems overkill for me. For that reason, unfortunately, while the product looks great, it return policy looks unfair. Potential buyers please take notice about this when making decisions to buy this product.
