The product is very cute, I'm just glad I didn't need it to arrive for a special occasion, it took forever to come. It was so long I had even forgotten about it. Improve your delivery process!!!
I ordered this in late March; I received it SIX WEEKS later. There was a 9-day delay in shipping and apparently they must have tied it to the back of a donkey and walked it here from China. I'm sorry, but in today's e-commerce market, you cannot take six weeks to get something to your customer—it's pathetic. I ordered it for Mother's Day (again, in MARCH), and it didn't make it in time. Customer service responses were a joke. This whole process was a disaster. I'll never buy anything from this company again. FWIW, the product arrived fine, unbroken...that's all I can say.
