This is my first order with Apollo Box for a circular 2-tiers bookcase black walnut. 1. The first issue of a lengthy delivery (just shy of 1.5 months since purchase) was somehow accepted as I'd gotten the impression the item was going to be manufactured after receiving the order. 2. Even so, once the package was delivered and opened, I could not help but notice the following QC defects on the parts to be assembled : - the color is not uniform, as you can see from the attached picture (there are visual stripes on more than one part, thought they could be wiped off, but it's not dust, simply paint irregularly applied) - the circular plates are not circular, and that is easily seen once they're mounted on the top of each other and rotated (some segments of the edges are straighter, rotate "out of center", and have not been carefully worked on) - the worst issue though is the creaking noise produced when rotating the 2-tiers bookcase on their bottom base plate, originated from the ball bearings mounted on the bottom plate itself. 3. I contacted twice Customer Care in two different instances taking into account their time zone and they were not available. A recorded message ask whether you want to leave a voicemail, which I did - and they hadn't been returned. The only way of communicating to them from my own experience is to write a message, and then wait for their reply (=from few to several hours so far). For nearly 200USD item price, I'd definitely expect better QC and assistance - that's why I cannot recommend ordering the same item.

This product was perfect for what I needed it for. I have been looking for a bookshelf for the tiny space.
