Please do not use it on uneven surfaces. Do not touch the bulb after use or you may get scalded. Keep away from overheated objects. Do not stay at the highest level for too long. Do not use it as lamp. Minor imperfections like bubbles and scratches may exist.
An incredible product that made a perfect gift for the recipient. However, it arrived chipped. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. First of all, I was charged twice, and it took a month to resolve the issue. Second, customer service tried to extort $10 of my money to guarantee on-time shipment, on top of the shipping I had already paid. Thirdly, the shipment completely missed Valentine's Day, even though it was ordered about a month in advance.
This may be one of my favorite items. It melts a full size candle, is great at giving a warm scent, and best of all, it doesn't require a fire, so it is safe. There's no fear of leaving a candle burning. It has a soft glow of the light, as well. Great item! Getting more so that I can give as a gift.
